1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this platform (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides online courses, memberships, and related digital content sold by the course creator operating this site. The platform infrastructure is provided by The Social Target ("we", "us").

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of digital consent in your country.

4. Purchases & access

Course and bundle purchases grant a non-transferable licence to access the purchased content. Memberships grant access for the duration of an active subscription. Access may be revoked on refund or chargeback.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set by the individual course creator and shown at checkout. Statutory withdrawal rights (e.g. the EU 14-day right) may apply unless you expressly consent to immediate access and waive them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or redistribute purchased content
  • circumvent access controls or download-protected video
  • upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content to community areas

    All course content remains the property of the creator. The platform software remains our property. No rights are granted except as stated.

    8. Liability

    The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

    9. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified in-app and require renewed acceptance.
